Tiffany Jones graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and received a bachelors degree in Management. She began a career at State Farm Insurance starting as a claims representative and was promoted to management about 17 years ago.

While working at State Farm she earned her MBA from Webster University. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Chartered Life Underwriter. Tiffany is married to Rodney . They have two girls Jaleah and Zariah.
