“Tihati” carries both diplomatic and ceremonial titles from his native Island of Samoa. Presently, Jack is the president for the Hawaii State Sheriff Association (HSSA). He is the honorary Consul for the Independent State of Samoa. He is also the founder of South Seas Christian Ministries who has been providing disaster relief to the Samoan islands for 20 years.
