A special pre-recorded show with two great ladies in food. Lidia Bastianich is host of an Emmy Award-winning TV series, a bestselling author, successful restaurateur, and owner of a flourishing food and entertainment business.

Carol Brock's vision to "break the pyrex ceiling for women in fine food and beverage" launched Les Dames d'Escoffier International, a nonprofit with 42 chapters and 2400 members. Brock's podcast was recorded in February 2019. She died July 27, 2020, at the age of 96.
