From Lisa: 30 years ago my life was forever changed by a near fatal car accident with a moose. This song and the video for "Uniforms", are my chance to honour and thank those first responders who were there for me on that day. It also recognizes the many other heroes who have always been present throughout my life. The truth is, we all have heroes in our lives - some wear highly recognizable uniforms and some are less obvious. The imprint our heroes leave remains forever.
