My guest, Coach DJ Davis, discusses how his upbringing presented challenges that he could have very easily used as excuses for not accomplishing his goals.  Instead, he went on to become a first year Varsity head football coach, a first year teacher, all while finishing up his maters in education at the same time.  Coach DJ Davis says, if you can believe it you can achieve it.  Brian and DJ discuss the importance of asking students questions in order to avoid power struggles and have kids take some ownership of their actions.  DJ explains the importance of being relatable and relational with kids.
