Jaime Seeman is a practicing Obstetrician-Gynecologist in Omaha, Nebraska. Today we sat down and chatted about her journey into the ketogenic lifestyle and how it has evolved in her family and her practice.

In addition to being in full time practice as an OB-Gyn, speaking at events, working on a book and developing a podcast of her own, she and her husband Ben are raising 3 daughters. Clearly the keto diet is giving them some good energy.

We dive into her "Why" and personal experience and experimentation within the Keto and Carnivore Diets. As well as how she implements this type of protocol within her patient population and combats the negativity sometimes found among colleagues concerning the keto approach to wellness.
