The day we call Palm Sunday remembers the crowds who cut branches off palm trees and worshipped God as Jesus entered Jerusalem on a donkey.

Nowadays, many Christians describe ‘worship’ as that part of a Sunday service where people sing songs and make music to God. We even call the musicians the ‘worship team’. This can create and reinforce a belief that ‘worship’ and ‘music’ are interchangeable terms. 

But what, exactly, is worship? What does it involve? Julian considers these and other questions this morning.
