From the grandparents’ scam to fake lotteries, the criminals are adept at stealing personal information and money from our senior citizens, people who worked hard all of their lives to save money to enjoy retirement. Today, we are joined by Steven Baker, the director of the Midwest Regional office of the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC leads the way for the US Government in terms of educating the public about scams, fraud and identity theft. The FTC is the nation’s consumer protection agency.
