Andrew Banks recently from Channel Tens "Shark Tank" has been voted one of the most influential people in Recruitment in the last 60 years. He has had extraordinary success with Morgan & Bank and later with Talent2. 
Andrew came on the show to give us a little taste of what you might expect at the RCSA's event "Think Tank" where you get the opportunity to ask questions and listen to some real words of wisdom from a man who has had one hell of a journey. 
Now I don't normally get nervous but I had to strap myself in for this episode, however I was lucky this shark was friendly and helpful. No Mick Fanning required!
