Jeff was back this week, so with the band back together, they set out to recap a rather busy week on the water.  Good stuff, since the water’s warm, the seas are relatively calm, and the fish are biting.

Season your 4-5 lb. chuck roast with Livia’s (get the 3 pack on Amazon!) generously on both sides. Drizzle olive oil in bottom of a baking dish. Place roast on top and cover with tin foil. Bake at 325 for 4 hours. Uncover and shred meat in its own juice. Return to oven at 350 for 15 minutes
