Avoiding the Holiday Blues

For many people, the holiday season is one of blues, not joy.For many people, the holiday season is one of blues, not joy.  Whether it's due to stress or the reminder of being alone, the holiday blues are something that no one should have to feel. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's cycle, many people who are alone deal with depression, because of their isolation. There are two causes for that.  One of them is a pattern of behavior, and the other is low blood sugar.  Keeping your adrenal glands healthy will ensure proper monitoring of the sugar in the blood stream and help avoid some of the angst that results from the imbalance.
