My guest today is Katherine Persoglia: a mortgage-broking-numbers-nerd, expert in lending and hooked on teaching others — in particular, women — how to buy property and build wealth.

And when I think of the term “Girl Boss” - Kath comes to mind. She is a force to be reckoned with: smart, determined and lifting up other women along the way.

She grew up in the beautiful coastal town of Noosa Heads, Australia, where she worked from the first possible moment she could – 14 and nine months, and went on to start her own property portfolio at the tender age of 19.

Since then she has purchased, built, and sold multiple properties and businesses, and when she found Mortgage Broking, Kath says that she knew she had found ‘her thing’.

In this episode, we discuss Kath’s bold move to rebrand her business, and in doing so, stand out from the crowd, own her niche, and embrace not being for everyone, along with how she leverages social media to grow her business.
