Meet Melbourne-based Carla Di Fiore, the owner of the online statement earring boutique, Divine Treasure. Carla started her business less than a year ago, after recognising her own challenge of sourcing earrings when dressing up for events.

At the start of this year, Carla joined The Modern Marketing Collective, and has since been putting our strategies into practice, with her latest monthly results seeing a 256% month on month increase in sales, with sales from Instagram alone going up by 776%.

In this conversation, Carla shares the strategies she’s used to achieve this growth.
