For some reason, many people wait until the New Year to create and tackle a challenge.I for one believe the time of the year and the date on a calendar should not matter. This is the one time of the year where your stress level and lifestyle are all out of whack. Yet we pick this time of the year to challenge ourselves.is it maybe a marketing ploy?Regardless of your views, goals are a part of our every day lives especially during the New Year.
