Bob discusses two politicians recently carjacked, U.S. Rep. Mary Scanlon, D-Pa and Illinois’ Democratic state Senate Majority Leader Kimberly Lightford.

Both women have been involved with legislation defunding and restricting police departments.

NOTE FROM BOB SIEGEL: At times (although not every time) in this podcast I accidentally said  “Lightfoot” intending to say “Lightford.” While there IS another politician in Chicago with the name Lightfoot (Mayor Lori Lightfoot) and while the names do sound similar, thus the easy mistake, it was only Senator Lightford that I intended to reference today. My apologies for the error.
