            Why do so many of us avoid happiness? It seems so counter intuitive. We strive our entire lives to find happiness only to push it away when we feel it is getting too close. Avoiding happiness can have devastating consequences on our relationships. It is hard to find love when happiness seems almost too much to handle.
            In this episode, Matt and Andre discuss the reasons why people avoid feeling happy in relationships. Andrea recalls her journey in overcoming the self-sabotage that comes along with pushing happiness away and how her life has changed now that she can finally learn to accept the happiness she has received.
