Look Out! It's Tennis Elbow Season
It's that time of year again when many people start getting back out on the tennis courts and golf courses. Many call it spring – but I call it Tennis Elbow Season!
Sure, you can develop Tennis or Golfer's Elbow at any time (whether you play tennis or not, of course.)
But there IS a certain time of year – (especially in the colder climates) when many start playing again after a long and less active winter (and gardening, paddling, pitching and swimming!)

A risky combo that catches countless golfers, tennis players and other enthusiasts by surprise.
So here are the warning signs of Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow to watch out for - Why you should take them pretty seriously - and what to do if you start noticing them!
