Jade Warshaw is working in her dream job as a radio personality at Ramsey Solutions. Ever since paying off over $460,000 in debt with her husband, Sam, she has been sharing their story and coaching others on how to pay off their own mountain of debt.

Jade and Sam got married one week after college graduation in 2007. Six months later, after the bills started coming in, they realized (with accrued interest) they had a combined $280K just in student loans. AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM ARE A DOCTOR!!! They also had credit cards, two cars they couldn’t afford, and a small townhouse. They did whatever they could to earn more money—from teaching voice lessons and hosting jet ski tours, to getting roommates (as a newly married couple).

Not only does Jade have a great story about how they were able to get out of debt, but she has a bunch of fun cruise life stories! She and her husband worked as cruise line entertainers for over a decade…and she shares some great behind-the-scenes stories as an employee including what happens if you show up late to the boat!
