Community
Communities form around very small things; whether that thing is a single object, or game, or show, or even a collection of things. What ends up happening, over time, as people form this group around this one thing is that they start to form layers around it.
There has to be sufficient time for a community to form. Each and every community has it's own time requirement in order for a community to form and what is important is that you allow for that time to pass.
The community needs to have the materials to grow. Every participant in the community needs to be able to bring forth the very things that a community needs to grow. Communities need patience, and endurance, and gentleness, and forgiveness, and flexibility.
Without all three of these things working in tandem a community doesn't form.
Communities cannot be rushed. Communities cannot be forced. Communities cannot be faked.
