Shay Eskew is a world renown endurance athlete, a dad of 5 kids, and a believer that success is on the other side of the uncomfortable things.  His story of overcoming trauma at the age of 8 that significantly changed the trajectory of his life has led him to lead a life that constantly challenges him to get better everyday and be courageous in doing things that are uncomfortable.
