In this episode, I encourage you to think about creating authentically - from your own inner desires, wants, values, time, energy and body. I use creating a coaching practice as an example but this can be applicable to anything.

I spent a lot of time in the early days of my coaching practice, doing things a certain way because that was how I thought they should be done. But what I have found more than anything, is that when I can tailor an experience for a client that suits me, it’s a hell yes for me and it’s a hell yes for my client.

If I had been paying attention to the rules, many of the containers and connections that I have created in my practice would never have happened.

The more you can create outside of the rules, while still keeping the parts that are important, the more likely you are to create something that is outstanding, long-lasting, memorable and something that people will treasure and truly value.

So I invite you to consider - what are the rules and are these actual rules? Is that how it needs to be?

Shaking up your belief system like this and letting go of the rules is how you will craft the thing you most crave.
