They discuss the implications it has on mental health and offer some examples of how to replace those thoughts and behaviors with healthy positivity. In addition, they have an honest discussion about how self appointed healers are actively contributing to this phenomenon and how to avoid falling into that mentality in the first place. Xiomara and Victoria also provide some specific examples of toxic positivity and how you can learn to spot them and avoid them.
