This month marks the 40th anniversary of the first BTK murders.  Sunday on Strange Frequencies Radio, we’ll get a peek inside the mind of this infamous serial killer when we speak to criminologist Dr. Scott Bonn about the life and crimes of BTK himself, Dennis Rader.
