Today we take the opportunity to use the full hour to talk about the election and some of the issues facing us collectively as a nation – and as a church in her temporary citizenship. Abortion tops the list, and we look at it from the perspective of the party that deems it the pivotal issue. Why exactly is the abortion demographic so important to the democrats? Half the voting public is women, but not women who are looking to kill their children. Why does the progressive party not get this? Then we chat about Trump and the fear and loathing he engenders on a scale that is wildly out of proportion. This election is, unfortunately, not about issues, but personalities, like a high school class election. Someone has to be the adult in the room, and it’s not going to be the progressives. Finally we look at the subject of taxes and how that has to be on the front burner when it comes to what the voters do look at. Closing thoughts at the closing bell in America.
