We talk about the structure of the book that has 2461 verses, and the longest book in the bible – Psalm 119 – which is also an acrostic. One of the main authors, David, was a pivotal person in all of history but in the Scriptures, it gets personal with his laments, cries and proclamations that not only drew him closer to God, but it has become a book of hymns and prayers for us all. David’s trials have resonated with all believers at one time or another.
