You know that I love to give you good things. So along those lines, today’s good thing that I have for you is a full length session after this podcast introduction. Now, I admit… I don’t have a favorite type of session. I thrill in sessions that focus on the hunt, like the Eternal Suitor, or the Pirate Queen. But I also love those sessions that feel almost like… innocent conversation. The type you may even have in a café, where for all the world it seems like an everyday, vanilla conversation. But I know what wordplay I am weaving in, and where I want to take you.

So for today’s trigger setting session, it may at first seem like an almost-vanilla idea. There’s nothing new about using affirmations, or a guided meditation, to set intentions… right? These declarations are an affirmation, and a reflection of inner knowing, spoken with confidence. Those kinds of affirmations, they alter the way that you think, feel, and respond to both yourself and the world.

So even within our play, our shared headspace, this is a profound way to access parts of your subconscious. So it’s probably up there as one of my favorite tools. A useful session.

Now this session, it’s going to be purposefully kept short, so it can be used regularly as a tool to strengthen the trigger. And to revisit your words and emotions. It is designed with the experience hypnosis subject in mind, so if you find it challenging to slip into trance, I suggest that you do other sessions to improve your agreeable nature, and then return to this one.

Now there is no harm in continuing with this trigger setting, as well as the mini AM and PM sessions that I will have out there for you. They work as affirmations even without going deep into trance.
