Today I talk about communication, the way I teach it, which might not be how you learned it. For the most part we are told what to do as we grow up, how to be, what to wear. We then try to meet the expectations of our parents, family, friends, etc.

When we get into relationships we then set expectations for others and often tell others about who we think they are. It's often the reason people feel so unheard in their relationship.

Let's explore how to "rethink" communicating and learn how to know who we truly are so that we can teach others.
