Eps 87: An Inefficient Conversation with guest Matt Inman - Spark My Muse

November 11, 2016

When people examine their lives, maybe on their deathbed or after a sobering life experience, or a time of introspection, they tend gain clarity into their deepest desires and to the same basic connections and meaningful experiences that are in facet inefficient in nature. Maybe it's the long, slow walk with a friend that didn't burn calories or get you somewhere quickly–the time they were late for work because they spent extra time hugging their kid goodbye and fixing their mittens–the so-called wasted time they stayed up all night with a friend after a breakup.

My guest today, Matt Inman, has focused his recent work and more of his life on making better space for these inefficient moments and invites us to do the same. Hear his story and our inefficient conversation–which will be the first of more to come.

Thanks for being a part of what I'm doing and tuning in. Your support in terms of sharing the show, reviewing it on iTunes, or sending a gift my way it SO appreciated and brings me cheer.

Please reach out. It's inefficient, but I love to connect.
