A DIFERENCIA DE (Unlike) A diferencia de mi hermano, me esfuerzo en el colegio. (Unlike my brother, I try hard in school.) Al IGUAL QUE (Just like) Al igual que mi hermano, me esfuerzo en el colegio. (Just like my brother, I try hard in school.) IGUAL DE (just as) Es igual de efectivo. (It's just as effective.) Es igual de bueno que el tuyo. (It's just as good as yours.) IGUAL QUE (the same as) Es igual que el mío. (It's the same as mine.) DISTINTO DE/A DIFERENTE DE/A Tu sombrero es diferente del /al mío. (Your hat is different from mine.)
