If you had asked me years ago about soul groups and reincarnation, I would have dismissed the idea completely. Coming from a strict Catholic background, I was taught that we get one life, one judgment, and one final destination—no second chances, no returning.

But then, life took an unexpected turn. After the loss of my son, I found myself searching for answers in places I never would have considered before. Along the way, I came across the idea of soul groups. It's the belief that we reincarnate with the same group of souls across multiple lifetimes, helping each other grow and evolve.
