Natasha Watley, in this session is talking about becoming a champion from the outlook of an athlete. The ingredients of a “winner” include, a support system, passion and love, and a willingness to make sacrifices for the game of softball.

Natasha Poses a question to the audience about what is the difference between a winner and champion? The definition of a winner is a thing that is a success or is likely to be successful. A winner does allt he right things, but not necessarily remembered. A champion is a person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition. The champion is long lasting and recognized and significant. To have a championship culture you have to maintain individual and team components.
