Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about a development that has been halted because of wild fire concerns.

The Rancho Penasquitos development known as Junipers was a 536 unit project.

A judge by the name of Ronald Frazier ruled that the project did not take into consideration the affects of traffic, noise and wildfire threats.
