Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about some updates to the rules regarding accessory dwelling units and transit areas.

The City of San Diego has proposing updating its transit proximity rules to allow for transit oriented housing to be up to a mile away from transit.

The new rules also allows for more ADUs to be built in residential neighborhoods.
