Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about what is happing with the eviction ban.

The Center for Disease Control issued a temporary eviction ban.

The CDC argues that for public health and safety people should be allowed to stay in their homes while COVID-19 cases remain high.

California's eviction moratorium is set to end at the end of September. The CDC moratorium only ends three days later on October 3rd.

It other words, for those of us in California, nothing really changes.
