Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we take a look at Todd Gloria's housing plan.

Gloria titles his housing plan "Homes For All of Us".

It is a plan to tackle the housing crisis and aimed a producing more affordable housing.

Gloria might be a relatively new major but he isn't new to San Diego politics. He served office representing District 3 of the San Diego City Council.

As such we know Gloria has a fair knowledge of the inner workings of the San Diego systems.

Part of this plan is to expediate times for projects to break ground. We agree this is a good idea but will Gloria be able to follow through remains to be seen.
