Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we give an update on the Penasquitos Housing Project.

The development which started to take shape back in 2016 is given the green light from the City Council.

There have been environmental concerns as well as fire safety concerns.

The developers will need to add a special evacuation route.

The project is called The Junipers and the developer is Lennar homes.
