Sneaky Dragon
Podmash! Episode 2 – Refresh My Memory, Horse Mysteries and Sneaky Dragon
It’s ba-a-a-a-a-ck!
That’s right! Podmash! is back after a nine-year hiatus!
To celebrate Ian’s mumble-mumble birthday, we revived his brainchild Podmash! which takes three different podcasts and mashes them together into one show.
So join Refresh My Memory, Horse Mysteries and good old Sneaky Dragon in Ian’s backyard with friends, family, food and fun!
Sorry you couldn’t be there in person, but you can still enjoy the show.
Sandwiches by Ian and one of Lezah’s famous treat boxes.
Join Eric Fell, Jason Dedrick and Vicky Van for Refresh My Memory, as they take a look at Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves in Kathryn Bigelow’s Point Break, and create the Fifty-Year Storm cocktail. You can make it by mixing blue curaçao, champagne and Sprite, and adding a watermelon wedge as garnish. (According to the producer’s wife: “Pretty good.”)
Louise was kind enough to provide attendees with a delicious desert: the Meatball Sandwich SUBterfuge. She was also kind enough to provide us links to all the components of the yummy treat:
Buns: Èclair shells
Meatballs: Rice Krispie Truffles (using butterscotch chips instead of white chocolate)
Sauce: strawberry whipped cream
Thanks, Louise! You’re the best!

David and Lezah in a pensive moment surreptitiously captured by Eric Fell.
Next, join Lezah Williamson and Dave for Horse Mysteries. No grisly crime or medical mystery for this episode. Instead, they revive Horse Bits to discuss horse society, read a fictional whodunnit, and battle against technology with an online quiz that can only go one way – sideways!
Ian and Dave captured in a candid, completely unposed moment by David Fine.
Finally, Dave and Ian show up for a (very) mini-episode of Sneaky Dragon. They discuss doughnuts, Don Martin, getting older, and penises before being joined by the Third Dragon, Nina Matsumoto, and Bob Mackey to discuss podcasting, lightning striking, and relentless self-promotion.
It was fun having Bob and Nina on the show, but why didn’t we interview these chairs?
Thanks for listening!
