The remake of Magnificent Seven is opening in theaters, and SLC Fanboys Andy Farnsworth and Adam Thomas believe it's a very watchable movie, if not original. The remake starring Denzel Washington, Ethan Hawke, and Chris Pratt is definitely a 21st century take on the western, complete with meta jokes and sarcastic asides. Peter Saarsgard had some thoughts about making the villain more intimidating, and Andy and Adam agree that Vincent D'Onofrio was unrecognizable as a Grizzly Adams knockoff. They also admit some confusion involving the female lead.
