You can see that since moving, my minutes of activity has increased by 3 times. This is from all the evenings and weekends Stephen and I spend hiking versus our old routine of watching evening TV.
You will also notice that my calories burned each day only increased by 300-500, not by 3 times. If you are training hard, but not getting the results you expect, take another look at your nutrition. 300-500 calories is the equivalent of a Starbucks drink, large cookie, margarita, a couple glasses of wine, and a ton of other things that could be sabotaging your efforts.
