Dr. Jodi Kennedy was pretty much born into chiropractic as a third generation chiropractor and the 17th chiropractor in her family. Dr. Kennedy grew up living the lifestyle she currently prescribes to her patients. Specializing in athletes, Dr. Kennedy is the chiropractor I go to see here in Charleston.
Whether you are a golfer, tennis player, surfer, runner, or another type of athlete, chiropractic care can help you function at your optimal level. What many people don’t realize is that athletic performance is very much dependent upon flexibility, mobility, and stability. If you have ever been side-lined by an injury, you know what I am talking about!
Dr. Kennedy was a semi-professional ballet dancer when she was growing up which makes her that much better at working with athletes in high flexibility sports such as dancing, gymnastics, cheerleading, running, swimming, baseball, softball, hockey, etc.
Just one more point before you listen… she knows how to correct plantar fasciitis in just a few quick office visits. For my runners out there, nothing is more painful than being told to just rest it until it heals.
