This weeks Debrief examines the Alonso to Ferrari deal, now that it is actually confirmed, looks at the action from Suzuka qualifying, because the race wasn't so good, and catches up with some great feedback.

The race didn't quite live up to the qualifying potential, but there was plenty of action worth noting as the title fight continues to hot up.

It was a really busy day out on track in Japan, with many red flags, a lot of damage to tyre barriers and rebuilds on cars, and ultimately an unclear grid.

Proceedings get off to a slow start in Japan with two very wet sessions, and some rather reluctant teams and drivers. Tyres are the main concern, but going into qualifying without setup notes will be interesting.
