Hello again; Emily is a very happy woman these days with all the actual training she has been able to get in.

You heard it in last weeks episode. And it seeps into her words in this episode too.

She talks about the differences between hill shredding and mountain shredding.

I think it’s important to know that Emily moved from Ontario to Vancouver so she would have more opportunities to train on the types of courses and in the variety of conditions she would face in the Paralympics.
