The holidays are upon us and many of us are starting to take inventory of what’s happened over the course of the year. And sometimes we don’t like what we see.

Maybe you started out strong in January as you set out ambitious goals. It’s easy to get excited in January about what you can do in the months to come.

But the end of the year can be more of a let down.
