Empowering Black Hoteliers: The $8 Billion Vision Behind BH&IA

The Black Hoteliers & Investors Association (BH&IA) is a membership-based, nonprofit trade association focused on growing the valuation of the independent, Black-owned boutique hotel and resort market to $8 billion by 2060.



BH&IA provides its investor and owner members with innovative models to scale their hospitality brands, increase returns, and collectively impact the industry.
