I believe that the businesses adopting AI by the beginning of 2025 are going to see the most growth. AI isn’t just for optimising our marketing; we can use it to streamline our operations, revolutionising our workflows and core systems.

While AI will revolutionise information access, it won't replace the unique value of human interaction. The future will see people seeking more than just data; they’ll crave connection. The insights and personal touch provided in a mentoring relationship cannot be replicated by even the most advanced AI.

Omnipresence will be key across digital platforms in 2025. Unlike past advice to focus deeply on a few select channels, the future demands a broadening of presence.
