2022 Preview: Invest in INFLUENCE, invest in YOU!

This week, I’m sharing a little preview of a few topics we’ll tackle early in 2022, as well as some perspective on the importance of thinking more broadly than money when you think about your personal “investment strategy.” 

Money strategies are important, but as we kick off this first official week of 2022, are you also thinking about how you’ll invest your MOST FINITE RESOURCE: your TIME?

• INVESTMENT and INFLUENCE are two of our words for 2022, and the two concepts are inextricably linked.
  
• Investing in ourselves is a critical part of making sure we have the fuel, the skills, the insights, and the inspiration we need to enable us to invest in others. 
  
• WHAT’S COMING: how to prioritize the things and people who matter most, how to let go of the things that don’t serve us well anymore, how to find grace and forgiveness, and how to think about things like investing in your physical space in ways that give you a psychological lift. That last one is often a “hidden” thief of my own time and mental bandwidth!
