Today I sat down with an AMAZING woman, who I've known since we both got into dancing and fitness back in the day.  Her story is so amazing to me because she's living proof that you should never assume anything about anybody, much less YOURSELF!  We talk about how age is just a number, how to find your inner SWAG and how just showing up in life can make the biggest impact on just one person.
