These are turbulent and uncertain times. I wanted to take this opportunity to share my viewpoint as a 1st generation Filipina American about the Black Lives Matter movement based on my personal and professional experiences. I also want to offer suggestions on how we can promote real change, starting with ourselves. These are my words, my thoughts, my experience. I welcome conversations and want us together to hold space for one another to support healing and real transformation.
