Part of having a senior spokesmodel team is picking the members of that team.  When I first started, I asked for names from a friend and reached out to those people myself, asking them to do this new thing called a spokesmodel team.  After that, I started having people want to be a part of the team so I needed a way to pick which ones best fit my brand and my goal for the team.
The process I created not only allows me to get to know each person applying but it allows me to choose who I feel will best represent my business, participate in the program and get along well with the other members of the team.

* Research – We have to be proactive and do a little research to find out information to help us determine if an applicant is the right choice for our teams.  Checking out social media and asking some of your current models is a great way to find out more information on each applicant.
* Interview each applicant! – The application and the research are just a piece of the puzzle.  The final piece is to meet applicants in person so you can make sure what you read on the application fits the actual person!  This is where you really get to know the true personality and see if it fits in well with your brand.
