Take the time to get to know all the statistics, and you’re going to be their #1 resource!
Get to know the facts: market trends, how long it’s taking homes to sell, how many days average are houses on the market, how many people are bidding on homes!
When you counter fear with information, you’re going to see people comfortable with choosing you to help them with all their housing needs!
